Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Reiki Services: There is no refund for Reiki services canceled with less than 24 hours notice. For all other cancellations (24 hours or more notice) the payment can be be applied towards another Reiki session, if used within 90 days. If Sacred Lotus Reiki & Natural Healing cancels the scheduled session, a full refund will be offered, but can be applied to a future service. Reiki Training: There is no refund for Reiki training cancellations but instead, can be applied towards another training date. If Sacred Lotus Reiki & Natural Healing LLC cancels the scheduled session, then a refund of 100% will be offered.
